Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant for a 12-month contract and will be working remotely.

Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

  • Supports the department by performing clerical duties, including but not limited to proofreading, working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe, making updates in SharePoint, and organizing materials.
  • Receives calls and either responds or directs them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Composes and types correspondence from brief notes, verbal or written instructions.
  • Creates and types reports and forms.
  • Compiles and proofreads documents
  • Input data into spreadsheets.
  • May update workflows and perform simple calculations.
  • Follows detailed work instructions.
  • Maintains records, files, diary system, calendars, and bulletin boards.
  • Performs general support for special projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
