What’s a typical day as a R&D Associate Scientist?
- Collaborate with Lab Operations and cross?functional teams to develop and implement advanced functionality within the LabVantage LIMS platform.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate laboratory needs into effective LabVantage solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and update training documentation and user support materials.
- Create instructional training videos to support system onboarding and continuous learning.
- Deliver training sessions for local and global users on LabVantage LIMS, ELN, and LES functionality.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, including test script development and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS.
- Working knowledge of LabVantage ELN and LES
- Strong critical-thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of analytical chemistry laboratory workflows and their integration with LIMS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools.
- Experience supporting or leading system training initiatives in a laboratory environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the Microsoft Power Apps suite
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with coding or scripting in support of laboratory systems.
