Our client in the King of Prussia area is hiring an Accounting Manager, who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Accounting department. This is a fantastic job opportunity with an employer who offers a generous benefits package.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manages daily operations of the Accounting department
- Leads month-end closing process and preparation of all financial performance reports
- Prepares and presents annual budget and financial forecasting reports
- Handles account reconciliations and payroll processing
- Oversees cash management and debt usage
- Reviews proposed purchases and capital expenditures
- Continually review department operations and develop plans to increase efficiency
- Assist with department administrative workload when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Minimum seven years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in and Accounting or Finance department
- Proficiency with Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure proposals is preferred
- Must be a team-player willing to work extended hours when necessary
