Kelly Services is in need of call center/customer service reps in Qunicy, MA.
The primary focus will be on accuracy of information provided to callers as well as the quality of customer service.
Job Description: Representatives take scripted inbound and outbound calls from Shareholders regarding events, which could include settlements, distributions or class action cases. Calls and data entry may vary from 3-5 minutes and the volume can vary from 12- 20 calls and forms per hour.
Position Work Schedule: hours of operation are from 8am-6pm
Rate of Pay: starting pay is $14.00/hour with eligibility for an increase to $15.00/hour after 3 months of solid performance and attendance.
