We are excited to be recruiting for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a science & engineering recruiting firm located in Norwood, MA. This will be a permanent opportunity, handling multiple functions in the office to include Bookkeeping, Payroll and Accounting. As a member of the team, your job responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable using Quickbooks online.
- Producing a variety of financial reports for staff and owner.
- Managing state(s) compliance and annual report filings.
- Producing aging reports and balance statements for delinquent accounts.
- Assisting with onboarding for new contract employees
- Managing 401K participation and compliance.
- Producing health insurance and workers comp. insurance reports
- Payroll Processing with ADP Workforce Now as needed
- Social Media activities to include assisting recruiting staff with job postings, marketing and research projects
- Additional HR activities such as 401K administration, health insurance enrollment and COBRA letters
As a qualified candidate, you will have:
- At least 2 years experience with bookkeeping, preferably using Quickbooks.
- Must have experience using MS Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Bullhorn Staffing Back Office is a huge plus.
- Candidates must live locally and be willing work on-site a majority of the time.
