Accounts Receivable Clerk – Lehi, UT


Kelly® is seeking an individual to work as accounts receivable clerk for a top firm in Lehi, UT.


Responsibilities:



  • Customer account reconciliation

  • Accounts receivable invoice clean up

  • Validate open credit balances and work to clean up AR sub-ledger

  • Invoicing

  • Cash applications


Skills:



  • 2+ years of experience managing customer account receivables

  • Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles

  • Understanding of credits and debits

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

  • ERP accounting software experience highly preferred

  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team

  • Critical thinker with the ability to identify the root cause of issues and provide potential solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedule, document interactions, and adequately follow up on requests


Details:



  • Hours:  M-F — 8-5 p.m.

  • After training/orientation is completed – will be able to work remotely
