Accounts Receivable Clerk – Lehi, UT
Kelly® is seeking an individual to work as accounts receivable clerk for a top firm in Lehi, UT.
Responsibilities:
- Customer account reconciliation
- Accounts receivable invoice clean up
- Validate open credit balances and work to clean up AR sub-ledger
- Invoicing
- Cash applications
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience managing customer account receivables
- Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Understanding of credits and debits
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- ERP accounting software experience highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify the root cause of issues and provide potential solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedule, document interactions, and adequately follow up on requests
Details:
- Hours: M-F — 8-5 p.m.
- After training/orientation is completed – will be able to work remotely
