Job details

2 areas: Assembly and Stamping – rotate to different workstations :




  • Will start at green stations move as they advance 





  • Small assembly, final product for F-150 dash supports/cross beams/radiator assemblies bar & rail supports. 




  • Safety focused – Light curtains – two finger pressure plates 



 


Three shifts (openings are on B and C shift):




  • $13.00 – 1st shift, 6:30 am -2:30pm (A shift) 




  • $13.39 – 2nd shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm (B shift) 




  • $13.65 – 3rd shift, 10:30pm -6:30am (C shift) 



 




  • 40 hours workweek Monday-Sunday (work 3.5 hours then lunch break for 26 min. back for 4 hr. balance) 




  • When plant temp reads 85 degrees or above offered an extra 15 min. break. (fans by each station) 




  • OT average is currently 16 hours/week 



 


PPE/Safety: 




  • masks, sleeves, earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes (either steel toed or composite toed shoes. Candidates must provide their own shoes; all other PPE is provided by customer.  PPE is required at all times in all areas on the plant floor.  Safety manager on-site. 



 


 


Dress code: 




  •   Jeans, Work Pants, T-Shirts with at least 3” sleeves 



 


Perks: 




  • Tuition re-imbursement $1,500




  • Vacation time accrued immediately 




  • Start tenure from day one 




  • 721 hours to convert to full time
