Accounts Receivable
Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, cash receipts, substantiating business transactions. Verifies and posts details of transactions as they occur or in chronological order in account billing, receivable / cash receipts on computer databases. Performs weekly payroll transfers. Reconciles report discrepancies and problems. Processes invoices from vendors for payment, including assembling and verifying documentation, code and submitting for final approval. Maintains computer printouts and paid bill files. Maintains vendor files. Requests and verifies aged monthly payable. Researches and responds to questions concerning accounts payable.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Experience: Minimum 2 – 4 years experience
