Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring 1st shift production associates for a factory in Richmond, Indiana!
This is a great chance to get started in manufacturing!
- 1st shift – 7AM – 7PM rotating days
- Temp-to-hire positions
- $12.00/hr starting wage
- $12.56/hr + benefits when hired at 90 days
- $14.00/hr after 90 more days
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Visually check the quality of parts
- Pack parts into boxes
- Make boxes
- Fill out Traceability log
- Apply labels
- Use floor grinders
- Operate palletizer and/or hand jack
- Load product in printers as needed
Work Environment:
- Working near moving mechanical parts.
- May occasionally exposed to fumes and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection.
Qualifications:
• Ability to stand, walk and talk and hear.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to differentiate colors.
• High school diploma or GED
