Now Hiring: Class A CDL Driver- Direct Hire

Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Schedule: Hours 7-5 Monday to Friday and May & June Months – 7 AM to 12PM. Need to be flexible (i.e. must deliver a load at 5:30pm or 6 pm and other days could be done at 4pm) NO Overnights all local travel.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
Employment: Year-round or seasonal opportunity

Kelly Services is seeking experienced, career-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join a close-knit, efficient team. In this role, you will deliver goods and services to a diverse customer base using a company delivery truck, and perform various warehouse duties. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being home every night!

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (Assistance/training available to obtain)

  • Experience with agricultural operations

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.)

  • Capable of manually moving pallets up to 3,200 lbs and lifting up to 80 lbs repeatedly

  • Safe and reliable driving record

  • Class A CDL (or ability/willingness to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s license and Federal Medical Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to work with diverse customers and team members

  • Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons and assist in all warehouse tasks

  • Present a professional image and contribute to branch cleanliness

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shipments have proper shipping documentation

  • Unload trucks using pallet jack at customer locations and count out product

  • Perform and log vehicle safety inspections, mileage, and fuel

  • Keep accurate records for inventory in and out of warehouse

  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

  • Attend product training sessions and meetings as needed

  • Support warehouse cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping

  • Immediately report any spills or product issues to a supervisor

  • Perform other duties as assigned
