Quality Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Food Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity)
Location: Williamson, NY (easy commute from Rochester and surrounding areas)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Full Benefits

We’re seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations at a well-established and growing food manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food or regulated manufacturing who is passionate about food safety, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the Quality Assurance team on 2nd shift
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards
- Investigate quality issues, product holds, and customer complaints
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Partner with Production, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams
- Support and participate in internal and external audits
- Track quality metrics and identify process improvements
- Train and coach employees on quality and food safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing (pharma also considered)
- 1+ year of leadership experience (Supervisor, Lead, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, or PCQI
- Experience with audits, compliance, and quality systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred
