Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 7pm

What’s a typical day as Traffic Office Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Tracking, tracing, and expediting inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Managing and resolving transportation and shipping issues quickly.

  • Building relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors.

  • Responding to customer calls to ensure their expectations are exceeded.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required).

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience (required).

  • Bring previous customer service experience (preferred).

  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Possess organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Are able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
