Put your administrative and coordination skills to work in a meaningful public service role with the Arizona Corporation Commission (AZCC). We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant III to support safety operations in Phoenix, AZ.

?? What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant III? You will:
? Answer incoming calls and assist with public inquiries and incident reporting.
? Input and maintain inspection and safety report data with high accuracy.
? Proofread, format, and prepare official documents and correspondence.
? Coordinate training sessions, staff schedules, and travel arrangements.
? Support timekeeping, inventory tracking, and administrative processes.
? Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
? Provide front-desk and general office support as needed.

? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and reporting.

Office setting supporting safety and compliance operations.
