This is a physically demanding, heavy-lifting position.
- Lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly (4–6 times per hour)
- Continuous lifting for 4–6 hours during rotation
- Stand for full 12-hour shifts
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
Applicants must be comfortable with consistent, repetitive heavy lifting.
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and physically capable Production Associates to join our food manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who can perform repetitive heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
You will be working at a crust manufacturing facility, assisting with assembling and packaging food products while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to specifications
- Follow all GMPs and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Rotate positions on the production line
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced setting
- Consistently lift and move products up to 100 lbs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of food production or manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory overtime
- Steel-toe boots required
