What’s a typical day as Customer Service Phone Advocate? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries.
- Performing research as needed to resolve customer and provider inquiries.
- Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously.
- Accurately documenting all inquiries and initiating minor or clerical adjustments as needed.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects.
- Maintaining accurate records on complaints and customer comments, and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Following all quality work instructions and company policies.
- Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to appropriate departments.

- Have previous experience in customer service, insurance claims, or a related field (preferred).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Are detail-oriented and capable of accurately documenting information.
