Job Title: Inventory Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19–$20/hour


Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you’ll manage and track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This is a great opportunity to work with cross-functional teams within warehouse, purchasing, and management departments to support efficient inventory operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in management systems

  • Track incoming shipments and outgoing orders

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy

  • Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to manage stock levels

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Prepare and present inventory reports for management

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items

  • Assist in ordering and replenishing stock when necessary

  • Maintain compliance with company inventory procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred

  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

  • Basic data entry and spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel)

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics

  • Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory tracking software

  • Hands-on experience with cycle counting and stock audits
