Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install electronic motherboards and wire harnesses to specification
  

• Safely operate hand and power tools with attention to detail and quality
  

• Inspect, label, and organize components and assemblies
  

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing 35–50 lbs to support production flow
  

• Read and accurately follow wiring diagrams and work instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and use of hand tools
  

• Manufacturing or related hands-on industry experience preferred
  

• Ability to read schematics and adhere to written instructions
  

• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
  

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  

• High school diploma or GED required
