Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM


  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Assembly Worker

Position Overview

The Assembly Worker performs repetitive workstation and line assembly operations to build flexible circuitry products. This role involves working with small components, precision tools, and detailed instructions to ensure products meet strict quality and acceptance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bench-type assembly processes using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machines, microscopes, and bonding equipment


  • Assemble flex circuitry products to meet acceptance test procedures and quality standards


  • Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and ISO documentation


  • Perform Operator Process Control checks (e.g., pressure, temperature, programming) prior to machine use


  • Follow proper Red Tag/Lockout procedures if equipment is out of compliance


  • Inspect components and report defective parts or irregularities to supervisors


  • Perform cleaning and washing processes for circuits and sheets


  • Record production data, measurements, and specifications accurately


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


  • Complete tasks based on production schedules with minimal supervision


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required


  • Minimum of 1 year of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred


  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination


  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards


  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)


  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Core Competencies

  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and documentation


  • Understanding of quality standards and inspection criteria


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently


Additional Role Summaries

Inspectors / Flex Inspectors:
Responsible for inspecting flex circuit products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Flex Fab / Image / Etcher Operators:
Operate specialized equipment used in the fabrication, imaging, and etching of flexible circuits while maintaining process accuracy and efficiency.

Electroplating Supervisor:
Oversees electroplating operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and team performance. Prior leadership experience required.


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time


  • Overtime may be required based on production needs


  • No travel required
