Multiple Production/Coating Technician Openings (Entry-Level Friendly) 

Company: Global Paint Coating Industry Leader
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Openings: 8+ Positions Available
Location: East Bridgewater. MA 


Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

(Some roles require training on 1st shift before transitioning)


Position Overview

Mueller Industries is hiring for multiple entry-level manufacturing roles across several departments. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with room for growth. No prior experience is required—just reliability, a strong work ethic, and basic mechanical aptitude.


Open Positions & Pay Rates

General Production Operator

? $15.00 – $16.00/hour

  • Work on production lines loading bottle caps


  • Inspect finished products for quality


  • Package and box items


  • Scan and complete basic production paperwork


  • Requires standing for extended periods


Burn-Off Technician (Train on 1st Shift)

? $16.00 – $17.00/hour

  • Perform sandblasting and rinsing processes


  • Clean and prepare materials for production


  • May be required to wear headphones due to noise levels


Coating Operator

? $16.00 – $17.00/hour

  • Rack and prepare metal parts for coating processes


  • Operate coating/metalizing equipment


  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed


  • Ensure product quality and proper handling


Tooling & Parts Cleaning Technician

  • 2nd Shift: $16.50/hour


  • 3rd Shift: $17.00/hour (must train on 1st shift)


  • Clean and maintain tooling and production parts


  • Support overall production readiness and efficiency


Production Operator (3rd Shift)

? $16.00/hour

  • Support production line operations


  • Ensure quality standards and output targets are met


R&S Operator (1st Shift)

? $16.00/hour

  • Requires ability to read, write, and speak English


  • Performs specialized production tasks


  • Interview required prior to start


Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident


  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply


  • Basic mechanical aptitude preferred


  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work


  • Strong reliability and attendance


  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment


  • Must speak and understand English


Hiring Process

  • One in-person interview with facility tour


  • Background check: 7-year criminal (county level)


  • Drug screen: 4-panel (THC not included)


  • Potential for streamlined/direct hiring after initial placements
