Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan North America is currently recruiting for an Arbitration Special Project Liaison to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and a vendor partner for specific claims and case escalations requiring authorization beyond a vendor partner s approved thresholds.

This position is a full time, hourly position paying $27.80/hour
In office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Remote on Friday

In this position, you will:

  • Review, evaluate, and authorize exception requests in alignment with internal guidelines, program policies, and customer-impact considerations

  • Ensures timely, accurate decision-making on exception requests, maintains visibility into case trends

  • Present strong and compelling arguments at BBB Auto line arbitration hearings to represent and defend Nissan North America, Inc in lemon law and breach of warranty cases.

  • Supports operational consistency through daily communication, issue resolution, and some reporting.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for daily Q A from a vendor partner, providing clear guidance, policy interpretation, and timely responses.

  • Occasionally prepare and deliver recurring reports summarizing activities, exceptions, and operational insights for internal stakeholders

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Job Knowledge and Skill: Basic computer systems knowledge, proven customer interaction skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

Experience: One year directly related experience at a professional level. Experience as an Automotive claims adjuster, case management, or arbitration experience preferred

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role no exceptions.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, etc. to output routine products with similar, non-creative formats.
