Kelly® is seeking a Data Coordinator (Project Risk) to support a leading energy client in Spring. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering a competitive pay rate.The Data Entry Specialist will support and coordinate with project teams in Houston, the Netherlands, and Singapore in managing customized risk action tracking registers and project risk assessment plans.
*Occasional work-from-home requirements. Due to global collaboration, the contractor may have evening Zoom meetings with Singapore or early morning meetings with the Netherlands.

Job Title: Data Coordinator
Location: Spring, TX

Contract Type: Long-term Contract
Pay Rate: $29 – $33 per hour
Client: Top Energy Company

Responsibilities:

  • Enter action items into the project risk action tracking registers

  • Review risk assessment reports to identify information for entry and determine correct placement

  • Implement changes to action due dates, action reviewers, and study dates

  • Coordinate updates and distribute project risk assessment plan reports

  • Prepare monthly risk stewardship data

  • Troubleshoot risk stewardship data as needed

  • Conduct annual access reviews and manage database access

  • Deliver training on using project risk action tracking registers

  • Work occasional odd hours to support teams in various time zones

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Able to work with minimal direction

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel formulas and functions

  • Preferred: Experience with Smartsheet, and familiarity with the oil and gas industry
