Kelly is partnering with a Johnson & Johnson client in Wilson, NC to hire a Project Support Administrative Assistant Role in Wilson, NC.
Position Overview
We are seeking an early-career Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across all functions within a large industrial project. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities are key, as you will interact with cross-functional team members, prioritize requests, and maintain clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate and assist with project-related tasks through the PMO office, ensuring timely completion
- Communicate with the PMO Lead to manage priorities and deadlines across multiple requests
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all team members
- Assist with planning meetings and events, including notetaking and tracking action items
- Support interview scheduling and coordination in partnership with the local recruitment team
- Communicate with candidates by sending interview details, confirming appointments, and providing necessary information
- Perform additional administrative duties to support smooth project operations
Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow direction with minimal supervision
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic project environment
Work Details
- Location: Wilson, NC
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
