Location: Boscawen NH 03303
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Duration: Temporary assignment lasting up to 20 weeks
Start Date: Late March to early April
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Monitor front entrance and open the gate for deliveries (e.g., FedEx and other vendors).
- Sign in visitors and maintain visitor logs.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Provide general administrative support to the office and HR team.
- Perform filing and other clerical tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Word and Excel for basic administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen (no THC).
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
