Job Title: Inventory Worker
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a dynamic role in inventory management? Join our team as an Inventory Worker and help keep our operations running smoothly!


Position Summary

As our Inventory Control / Spare Parts Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring our spare parts, supplies, and equipment are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently. You’ll support day-to-day operational and customer needs while keeping everything compliant and well-organized.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process inventory requests and fill orders for spare parts, supplies, and equipment.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and accuracy of incoming materials.

  • Maintain precise inventory records, reconcile physical counts, and correct discrepancies.

  • Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.

  • Store inventory according to control procedures, lot distribution, and packaging requirements.

  • Repackage, break down, and label inventory items as needed for organization and usability.

  • Create requisitions to replenish inventory; work with purchasing as needed.

  • Support company quality and compliance initiatives, including ISO and internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of materials.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to track and maintain inventory accurately.

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

  • Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; team player.

  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Preferred:

  • Experience with problem-solving and a proactive attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency.
