Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift 12:00am-8:30am Mon-Fri 
Assignment Dates: March 16, 2026 – November 30, 2026

General Information:
Kelly is seeking a Regeneration Machine Operator for our Water Technologies Division who will play a vital role in plant operations. This position is responsible for regenerating filtration resin, preparing mobile water treatment equipment for field use, performing quality control checks on mobile equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting various plant operations. This is an essential role that supports our mission to deliver reliable water treatment solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media to ensure optimal performance

  • Prepare mobile filtration units for field deployment, including resin loading, equipment checks, and assembling test kits, meters, pumps, and materials

  • Safely operate forklifts to move and handle equipment and materials

  • Perform quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch, ensuring operational readiness

  • Handle and manage chemicals (NaOH, HCl, NaCl, etc.) with strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance

  • Oversee chemical vendor offloading and transfer chemicals to storage tanks

  • Support other plant operational duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in water treatment operations, plant maintenance, or a similar environment is preferred

  • Forklift certification and experience with chemical handling are a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality control

  • Excellent ability to follow procedures and adapt to dynamic team environments
