Job Title: Temporary Jewelry Sales Associate
Location: Retail Location in Raleigh
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Friday to Sunday 11am to 7pm
Job Type: Temporary (Through April 2026)
About the Role:
Join our team as a Temporary Jewelry Sales Associate at a retail location in Raleigh. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and have an interest in jewelry. It’s a great chance to build your retail experience in an engaging and fast-paced setting, while helping shoppers find the perfect pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces
- Provide information on product features, benefits, and care
- Accurately process sales transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area
- Ensure product security by following all handling and display procedures
- Organize and refresh jewelry displays as needed
- Answer customer questions and recommend products to meet their needs
- Assist with inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Secure merchandise at closing and reset displays for the next day
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury items
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for exceptional customer service
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
