Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19.00 per hour / 3rd Shift: 5:05 PM – 3:35 AM, Monday – Thursday

What’s a typical day as a Verdi Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Assisting in various stages of door components manufacturing and rotating through production positions to ensure team success
- Supporting Machine Operators and taking full ownership of your work area with a focus on Total Quality Management
- Checking product quality for each customer order, and performing general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, sorting, stacking, and more
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Can work on your feet in a 10-hour standing position and are comfortable with lots of physical movement (walking, squatting, bending, stretching, etc.) in a high-volume production environment
- Prioritize safety, especially when working around machinery, and are willing to learn new skills and job functions
- Maintain excellent attendance, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
