• Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory, minimize expired materials, and improve material flow
• Track and support improvements in on-time delivery (OTD), inventory turns, and supply chain efficiency
• Assist with daily material demand coordination and shortage resolution
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within operations
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, supply chain processes, and safety standards
• Participate in cross-functional projects and supply chain improvement initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to inventory planning and demand management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced supply chain environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of planning processes
