Kelly is partnering with a leading manufacturing company looking for a Masking Specialist in Brockton, MA.
- Pay: $19 -20 (10% differential on second shift)
- Shift: 4pm to 2:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply precision masking materials (tapes, plugs, and other devices) to metal parts, ensuring correct coverage for powder coating processes
- Review product specifications to determine masking requirements
- Work with various part sizes, from small to large, consistently ensuring quality and thoroughness
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and handle materials with care
- Inspect masked parts prior to coating for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Steady hand with manual dexterity for repetitive tasks
- Familiarity with masking techniques, preferably in manufacturing or powder coating environments
- Ability to sit and stand during shift as required
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
