Location: Holley, NY (near Rochester, Albion, Brockport)
Shifts & Pay:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $17.54/hr
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $19.04/hr

Kelly Services is hiring Packaging / Production Machine Operators for a premier manufacturing client in Holley, NY. This is a hands-on role perfect for those looking to gain experience in manufacturing, production, and machine operation within a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor packaging machines to keep production running smoothly
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Assist with shift clean-up and prep machines for handoffs
- Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, reaching)
Who This Role is For
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments (preferred)
- Able to follow safety and quality procedures consistently
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and staying active on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong team player with good communication skills
