What’s a typical day as an Instructional Designer? You’ll be:
• Designing, developing, implementing, testing, and updating engaging learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led training. This position reports to the Learning & Development Manager.
• Conducting performance consulting activities with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define objectives.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept through final delivery and post-implementation review.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and development for adult learners.
• Are proficient with course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, and have a firm grasp of adult learning principles.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
