Plaster Production Worker & Aerospace Painter – Sumner, WA
Pay:
Plaster Production Worker: $21.75/hr
Aerospace Painter: $23.75–$27.75/hr DOE
Shifts:
Plaster Production Worker: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, Overtime Fridays
Aerospace Painter (Swing Shift): 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, Overtime Fridays

About the Roles
We are hiring Plaster Production Workers and Aerospace Painters to join a growing aerospace manufacturing facility in Sumner. These are hands-on roles ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, precision processes, and detailed work.
Both roles play a critical part in producing high-quality aerospace components and supporting a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Open Positions
Plaster Production Worker:
Pit & Demold (3 openings)
Prep & Finish (1 opening)
Aerospace Painter:
Swing Shift (1:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Plaster Production Worker:
De-mold plaster parts and clean molds to required specifications
Prepare molds for the curing process
Perform light hand sanding and remove excess plaster
Pour liquid plaster into mandrels to form molds
Move molds weighing 10–200 lbs (team lifts required)
Maintain production schedules and report discrepancies
Keep work area clean and organized
Aerospace Painter (Swing Shift):
Perform precision painting of aerospace components
Follow strict quality and safety standards
Ensure proper surface preparation and finishing
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
Plaster Production Worker:
Experience using basic hand and power tools preferred
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Aerospace Painter:
Minimum 6 months of painting experience required
Experience in auto body, collision repair, or aerospace painting preferred
Knowledge of proper respirator use required during painting tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work overtime on Fridays when required
Physical Requirements (Both Roles)
Standing or walking for 8–12 hours per shift
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending throughout the shift
Handling objects up to 50 lbs regularly
Exposure to loud noises, equipment, and production materials
Work performed indoors; temperature may vary
PPE provided to ensure safety
