Production Associate / Machine Operator

$20.00 – $20.50 per hour + Shift Differential

Join our team! We are looking for reliable team members to support our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production by assisting with equipment and packaging finished products.

No prior manufacturing experience required — training provided.

Pay

• Padding Cell Department: Starting at $20.00/hr

  
  

• PET Department: Starting at $20.50/hr

  
  

• Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with operating and setting up production equipment

  
  

• Package, label, and palletize finished products

  
  

• Perform basic quality checks and inspections

  
  

• Complete production logs and documentation

  
  

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  
  

• Support recycling processes and material handling

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  
  

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (+$1/hr)

  
  

• 3rd Shift: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (+$1/hr)

Employees participate in a brief team meeting at the start of each shift.

Breaks

Employees receive:

• Two paid 15-minute breaks

  
  

• One paid 30-minute lunch break

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
