Pay Rate: $45 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Location: 100% Remote
Excluding the following States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IL, NJ, NY, VT, WA, WY

What’s a typical day as a Customer Experience Owner? You’ll be:
- Designing and optimizing end-to-end customer experiences using CX methodology, blueprints, experience maps, and human-centered design principles
- Conducting industry research to stay ahead of trends and competition
- Managing stakeholders and maintaining all relevant CX artifacts
- Collaborating with product and project managers to define solutions and influence priorities
- Leading customer communication strategies for relevant clients, products, and services
- Reviewing proposed product or process changes and providing insightful feedback
- Monitoring program performance via data analysis and insights, engaging cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting NPS
- Presenting improvement recommendations and business cases to leadership and demonstrating CX initiative value
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least 3 years of equivalent work experience (master’s degree preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3 years translating client/customer needs into journeys, policies, and process flows
- Possess at least 3 years of experience utilizing CX methodologies, including blueprints, experience maps, and human-centered design
- Have led cross-functional projects or held a client-facing role managing relationships
- Bring strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Are familiar with online analytics, agile principles, and multiple VOC tools/methods (preferred)
- Demonstrate knowledge of user-centered design, process improvement, business process documentation, and project management
- Show passion for customer experience and leading cross-team initiatives to achieve business and client goals
