Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift production operations. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Pay & Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  
  

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment

  
  

• Respond to equipment breakdowns during production

  
  

• Assist with machine setup and production changeovers

  
  

• Maintain and repair industrial sewing machines (Pfaff and High-lead preferred)

  
  

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documents

  
  

• Inspect equipment to ensure proper performance and safety

  
  

• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory

  
  

• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime

  
  

• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures

  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing

  
  

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  
  

• Experience maintaining production or industrial equipment

  
  

• Ability to read technical manuals and work orders

  
  

• Basic math skills (measurements, tape measure, calculations)

  
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

  
  

• Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed

Preferred

• Experience with industrial sewing machines (Pfaff or High-lead)

  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
