Rate: $25.77/hr
Duration: Through 06/30/2026
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and track SMB client onboarding projects from kickoff to completion
- Be the main contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams
- Document and manage client requirements, project status, and updates
- Conduct virtual meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs to service teams
- Help improve our top-rated onboarding process
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (required) OR 3+ years project coordinator/management experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills; SAP/CRM experience is a plus
