Production Packer | Temp-to-Hire | Canandaigua, NY
Pay: $17.82 – $19.07 per hour
Location: Canandaigua, NY
Available Shifts:
8-Hour Shifts (work schedule includes one weekend day):
- 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
12-Hour Weekend Schedules:
- 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Friday–Sunday)
- 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Saturday–Monday)
Kelly® is hiring Production Packers for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturing company in Canandaigua, NY. This role offers a clean, safe, and team-focused manufacturing environment where you can gain hands-on experience and build new skills.
What You’ll Do
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with basic machine troubleshooting when needed
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and learning new tasks
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
